1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VastuHarmony Designs website (hosever.mobi) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services Description

VastuHarmony Designs provides personalized interior design consultation services, including but not limited to virtual consultations, on-site visits, 3D renderings, customized design plans, and Vastu Shastra guidance. The specific services provided will be outlined in individual service agreements or consultation bookings.

3. Consultation Policies

Booking and Scheduling

• Consultations must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone
• We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving your request
• Virtual consultations will be conducted via video conferencing platforms
• On-site visits are available in Bangalore and surrounding areas (additional travel charges may apply)

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours notice without penalty
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may forfeit 50% of the consultation fee
• No-shows will forfeit the full consultation fee
• VastuHarmony Designs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other digital payment methods
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• For larger projects, a deposit of 50% is required upfront, with the balance due upon completion

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation
• Once a consultation has been completed, no refunds will be issued
• For design packages, refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis for work not yet completed, at our discretion
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All design concepts, plans, drawings, 3D renderings, and other materials created by VastuHarmony Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment:

• Clients receive a license to use the designs for their personal or business premises
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our designs to third parties
• VastuHarmony Designs retains the right to use project images and designs in our portfolio and marketing materials
• If you prefer your project to remain confidential, please inform us in writing

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their space, requirements, and budget
• Provide access to the premises for on-site consultations and measurements
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Obtain necessary permissions and approvals from property owners or authorities
• Hire qualified contractors for implementation (we can provide recommendations)
• Inform us of any changes to project scope or requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

VastuHarmony Designs provides design consultation and advisory services. We are not responsible for:

• Implementation, construction, or installation work performed by third-party contractors
• Structural integrity or building code compliance (clients should consult licensed engineers and architects)
• Product quality, availability, or pricing from third-party vendors
• Delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those specific services.

8. Vastu Shastra Disclaimer

Vastu Shastra is a traditional Indian system of architecture and design. While we incorporate Vastu principles into our designs based on ancient texts and practices, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, benefits, or results. Vastu recommendations are provided as guidance and should be considered alongside practical design considerations and personal preferences.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information. Any personal or project information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and governed by Indian law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
